Wanted to buy a cane. The price for the cane was $40.00. Was told our Employee Insurance Plan would cover the cost if I had a prescription for the cane. Got the prescription; went back to the store; saleslady wrote up a purchase ticket for the cane AND the price was...
$85.00 Yes! You read that correctly: my $40.00, out-of-pocket, purchase price cane became a $85.00 charge to our Insurance Plan.

In shock, I asked, "Why???"
Saleslady started mumbling and talking 'a mile a minute' about that being the price they charge Medicare.
"Wait", I exclaim, "we don't have Medicare! We have private insurance."
Saleslady started mumbling and talking 'a mile a minute'...
I signed the Purchase Ticket and left the store Dazed and Totally Confused!

Their office was well organized and clean. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
