Extremely poor customer service the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and everyone i have talked to are liars and cannot do their job. Have been trying for 5 months to get a bill corrected and all i get is the run around. No one can give a straight answer or they say it's not their department even though thats who you called. Double bill insurance for services.
