It was a good company until a German company took it over. The new owners bill me for stuff I did not receive. They keep sending me supplies I do not not want. Canceled automatic bill pay and automatic ordering as of 2/18. They keep sending bills and supplies and threats of collection.
The A.G. office has sent them 2 letters to arbitrate. They have refused so far. Shop somewhere else.

I was a customer of best buy, now Lincare- customer service & supplies have totally gone downhill since the take-over advise you look somewhere else

Staff was inept First I had to go to my DR to get a Rx for headgear.
That was not enough for them. Now they required me to get a face to face with my DR. Why didn't they tell me that the first time? It resulted
in another $60 office copay. This store on Hyde Park in JC Mo has now closed. No notification. No transfer of records. What kind of a company is this? unhappy and dissatisfied

A very professional and kind staff. The nurse who taught me how to use my CPAP equipment was thoughtful and thorough. I have stayed with Lincare.

They are located well enough and their staff is fine, answers questions okay. I have had some complaints with their billing (e.g. supplies bought in one medical year show up two months later in the next). My biggest complaint is that all they want to do is sell you supplies and appear to have no interest in whether or not your equipment is working, if you are using it, if the supplies meet your needs. They have called monthly for years asking if I want certain supplies, but no one has called since the first month to ask if I am using the CPAP, if my mask fits, if use makes me feel better, etc. Having used some other providers over the past decade, I can't say this is substandard for the industry. I'd rename LinSellers as I just don't find "care" in what they do.
