CSRs don't care about customers. Say they will fix problems but don't , repeatedly. Already fired AHP once several years ago. Got a new machine set up thru AHP. Didn't know that at the time but I'll give someone a second chance & a third. AHP failed all three times. That's enough! You're fired!! Again!!!
