My wife and I have used this company in order to get a electric wheelchair that our doctor said my wife needs in order to get around our home as well as being able to go to our doctors. The order was placed with b4 and after medical supplies and without any of their staff coming to our home the staff picked out a chair and Bring it to our home and dropped it off. The person did not bring it into our home to see if the chair would fit or work for her. We had to have batteries replaced on the chair a number of times only to find out the chair was defective. We have asked that the company pick up the chair in order for us to be able to get a chair to meet her needs. And the company refuses to pick up their defective equipment and the staff is nasty whenever my wife try’s to talk with them to get a resolve to this problem. When the person from this company did come into our home he stole money from our home. I would not tell anyone about this company due to the poor service and the fact they took money from our home these people can not be trusted to care for your needs and they are Thieves. I could put more into this review but I’m sure that with the times I’ve Dealt with them I can write a book on why no one should place an order for any of their medical needs they may have unless they want what happened to us while using this company to happen to them.

Everything in the Store is not explained to you. They tell you Medicare pays 80% and you pay 20%. No time during picking out your mobile device to they go over with you about a rental of a 13 month. They delivered and NO IT WAS NOT EXPLAINED, the guy went over all the features and say I NEED YOU TO SIGN THIS SHOWING IT WAS DELIVERED. NO WHERE ON MY COPY IS A SIGNATURE. They say they have one. My father passes and they can't wait to get the chair back so they can do to some other like they done my dad.

I was very happy with the service received and the scooter rented. I had it for a week (9/17/19) then extended for a month. The scooter wasn't helpful with the cast off and using a boot. I returned the scooter today, 10/7/19, and was told they didn't give refunds.
This was not in the contract and this was a private pay not through insurance.
This does not seem right and poor customer service.

It took awhile to find wheels for my electric wheelchair, but Jason didn't give up! He found some and replaced my worn tires as soon as he could. Highly recommend this business!

From the time we came in until we left we were very pleased with the service and very much appreciated they listened to what we were looking for and didn't have pressure to make an instant decision. When my motorized wheelchair came Jason took great care in explaining and demonstrating how the chair worked. If you want great care and pricing choose B4 &I After.
