No very friendly, didn't want to offer support, and when someone finally came over to see what I want they were rude and uninterested in what I was saying. If I could go somewhere else I would, because its obvious they don't care about me the patient.

beware if purchasing anything that they claim is to be paid or partially paid through medicare where they are supposed to file the paperwork. after purchasing, was never contacted regarding the reimbursement from medicare. when checking on this, the first employee basically made up excuses without actually checking in an attempt to get rid of me. the manager did look up the records but again failed to provide any meaningful assistance. they lost the prescription given to them for submission to medicare and had no record of receiving it. they refused to provide their medicare supplier id, which medicare personnel specifically asked for. the information they provided and claims they made regarding medicare contradicted information obtained from medicare personnel. assume that you'll have to submit everything to medicare yourself.
