I contacted this office 2 weeks ago to order a water chamber for my CPAP machine. To date the part has yet to arrive. I asked for another locations number and called them and got results immediately. After 2 weeks of communication with the Statesville office there was no resolution for my request. Poor customer service and unsatisfactory results.
