Excellent service always, and great people! We’ve relied on Stalls for twenty years to keep our two power wheelchairs in top shape, even though we live in Chapel Hill, thirty miles from their location. Can’t beat ‘em

My review is about their location is Greensboro, NC. I have been waiting for my wheelchair since March and it is now October. There have been processes that had to be completed and I knew it would take a little time, working between Medicaid, Vocational Rehabilitation and Stalls Medical. During this whole process I called many times to get updates, since no one would call me with any information and I am sure they hate to see my phone number come up on caller ID. I don't get return phone calls!! The issues have all been worked out which took longer than expected because Stalls did not give Vocational Rehabilitation all the information needed for them to react and respond properly. The wheelchair has FINALLY been ordered and I am still waiting........ I call to see when it should be ready but STILL NO RETURN phone calls. I finally had to call the owner (who blamed the whole thing on Vocational Rehabilitation) just to see when it should arrive. He was the only one who finally told me that it should be delivered middle of next week. WE'LL SEE....... still waiting. Once it does arrive....hmmm....how long will it take to get delivered?????
