* Don't trust them when they tell you an amount for cpap or supplies. They lie even though they told me I would not have to pay over $250. They looked my insurance up and said yep under $250 for sure. Then my account was overdrawn by $1200. They have horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.
Customer service is pretty much a zero. We need supplies and can't even get a response to emails. The supply order portal has an incorrect reorder date which makes the portal useless. We are transferring our business to a local provider next week so my husband can get the supplies he needs.
ZERO customer service. Five days, five calls to them, five messages left for them and NO response. Impossible to actually speak to a human being. The "contract" with them means nothing. Strongly discourage anyone needing oxygen related needs from using Focus.
Cheri was very thorough, explained everything. She followed up via phone to make sure everything was OK. When I needed to try a different mask she was also very knowledgeable and helped with that transition.
Service is terrible. They harass the customer with numerous robo calls but will not answer phone messages allowing one to get supplies. Do not recommend this group.
