robert bevins did anexcellent job when he removed the chars from my chairlift making it much easier for me to safely get up and down the steps while carrying groceries. i did not want the chairlift totally removed as i might need it in the future. he was very polite, friendly and listened to my needs and answered some other questions i had..
Robert Bevins was here today to install our stair lift in our new house, as we recently moved. He was very polite and informative as well as thorough in his installation. We have had the lift for just over 3 years and appreciate very much the service techs. We appreciate Robert as well as others we have interacted with in the past.

On Friday, Sept. 7 I tried to talk to someone regarding my bill. First I was told to call the Pharmacy where I did business (Dodge St location) At that location$I was told to call the main office. At the main office I was told that I had to talk to Mary. I got an answering machine where I left several messages to call me back - no one did. My patient code is DOSCST and I wonder if my insurance was contacted, I question why on July 10 I was charged $97.20 for 60 catheters and on August 8 I am being charged $165 for the same 60 catheters?
