It took 20 days and several promises for a Cpap machine with many stories before they told me they could not fill my order because I did not live in NH. I spoke with many departments and filled out forms over the 20 day period. It also took 6 phone calls and 3 faxes before they could confirm they had my information.
I had called every working day to track my order before being told they could not help me. What a waste of time.

Vet gave us a Prescription for my dog. For oxygen. I did some research and found out you can get oxygen for a pet. We call and go to the Concord NH Branch. My dog had just left the vets and she needed her oxygen, The guy gives us 4 tanks A nose piece and I ask for a mask not thinking it was going to be any issues we tried put in the nose piece in it was too big because she had such a small nose in the mask was an adult size mask was not fitting at all she had such a tiny face I write the guy I ask him if they have a smaller mask he says no that's all they have . We do the best we can the tank is getting lower and lower and she still having a really hard time because she can't breathe it in because the mask is not working for her . An hour and a half later my little 12 lb baby passed away. Because she was not getting the proper dose of oxygen. Unfortunately I went to go return the oxygen tanks and the regulator they're making me pay for one of the tanks even know half of it's the most of it seeped out and they're also make me pay for regulator and $70 to rent I don't understand why am responsible for that regulator she had it she passed away the day we got it the office is closed on weekends to get your refund now all is going to refund us is for three tanks or out of tank that was useless and we're out $70 for regulator this place is not fair I put a call in here the Manager was so uncaring that my dog had passed away and so many people I have heard oh I've never heard of that oxygen for a dog . And they work here so clearly they're clueless so not only is my poor baby gone they're going to suck us with a bill of over $80 I called corporate and of course I'm getting the runaround CEO says leave a message on my voicemail and of course he's a bigwig what does he care thank you for your understanding can medical. I spoke with the lady in the keen branch to she was rude and non-caring herself these people they need to have a high to work in places like this today I understand what it's like to suffocate because you can't breathe do they even know what it's like what a horrible way to die I will never give them a good reference ever

Have to say this is the first time using Keene Medical supply,have to agree with with other reviews,ordered compression socks five weeks ago yet to get them,called and was told there was a hold up on order because they needed a a $65 copay before product would ship,I was given run around,one would think if order was held up because of copay I would have been contacted?
Gave copay still waiting on socks,not sure I will ever get socks?

This company is easy to get to and the staff is pleasant. Their service however is anything but ideal. They are one of the most disorganized medical supply groups I have ever dealt with. My first experience with them was a few years ago. Had ordered CPAP supplies from them. The original order arrived and they never sent additional orders. Then I had sent them my CPAP card to be read - they sent me back a new card that did not fit my machine and had difficulty finding the original. Fast forward to Dec. 2014. I placed an order with them for compression stockings. Order 6 pair. Only one arrived at my home and the other five they could not find anywhere. Kept receiving excuses (my computer is froze, it was the end of the year and it was crazy, I was out sick, it's a Monday...and it goes on and on.). No resolution to the missing five pair. They were originally being sent to their location yet they couldn't find them and then they can't even tell me if they actually placed the full order. At this point I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
