If I could find another provider I'd be gone in a second. Hideous stupid incompetent company. Customer service is a person in Bombay or Manila. Very challenged!

Horrible. Endless wait on hold, robotic customer service, poor communication with both patient and doctor. unhelpful website. Requires you to come to them for CPAP.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
