Representative that answers the phone just shuffles you to another customer representative to get you off their line when they do not know how to handle your call. They promise you call backs and they do not call you back. Service is awful. Better call Medicare because you do not get the truth.
My mother is 90 years old and my father is 88. Both live in an assisted living facility. I have assumed responsibility for paying their bills. One day I get a bill in the mail for a wheel chair rental. Evidently the rehab facility that my mom was in prior to moving to assisted living ordered her wheel chair through Ocean Home Health. I was told that Medicare and my parents supplemental insurance had paid for her wheel chair, so I was a little surprised to get a rental bill after her having the chair for 7 months. When I called in inquire about the bill the customer service person was not able to explain why I was receiving a bill. I then asked for a supervisor who attempted to explain the rental policy. When I asked why no one had given me any prior knowledge of the rental the supervisor told me that I had to pay the bill or they would take my 90 year old mothers wheel chair away. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. To threaten a son with taking away his mothers wheel chair is one of the lowest, most inconsiderate things I have ever hear. I had always intended to pay the bill. but I still believe that they should explain their rental policy prior to sending a monthly bill. (at the time of the original transaction would be ideal) Then to have a person make such a threat I was beside myself. THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE NEED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. I can think of other mean to modify this young mans behavior, but tar and feathering is no longer permitted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
Delivered equipment without calling, had to send back, was not ready for them. Ordered a full electric bed, called twice to make sure the correct one would be on the truck, WRONG ONE ON THE TRUCK!!! Had to send back. Had to re-schedule delivery,and they still came on the WRONG DAY!!! Called for a delivery time, was told between 3 and 6 pm, they called while I was out at 12:10 to say they would be coming in 10 minutes, had to put them off for an hour. There is evidently a huge lack of communication between departments, And nobody understands what you are trying to explain. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?
really, they should find another business to open that they can handle . different service for different ethnic backgrounds they should be turned in to medicare for fraud and poor unsafe service
Customer service totaly unprofesional Call, and you get locked in with an operator who only knows what is written in front of her dealing with problems ! They clame to call the truck driver for delivery info. . But give incorrect info. My experience is I'm told there is a 3 hour window for deliverys. After 3hours I call back and given a new 4 hour time frame. 7 hours and "can I believe them"? At no time can I talk to a supervisor!!!!!! As I was waiting for a supervisor they hung up on me.
I'm in the midst of dealing with this incompetent company right now with intentions of choosing another supplier. Their customer service is terrible. They'll tell you what you want to hear but do what they choose. Never receive paperwork, has to be sent more than once. My doctor is even fed up. They don't deserve one star.
Terrible customer service.Unusable,incomplete oxygen equipment was delivered.No customer support for information on using equipment or getting usable equipment.Be prepared if you call them for a runaround and buck passing for a 1/2 hour or longer.Dumped this substandard provider after one day.
Agree with the previous reviews. Horrible!!! I switched to another company bec of the absolutely terrible customer care. Got the wrong product and received no call back after leaving numerous messages. I highly recommend Medshop. We've started using them and they literally treat us like gold.
I would never use them again. They do not send the supplies you need nor do the return your phone calls. I understand they just bought a few other companies like First Choice, Allied, All Care, Royal, Miller, Montgomery and few more that I do not know. So be careful if you use any of these suppliers. Both my husband and I did not receive our supplies and we both had different companies and had no problem until they took over both of them. They are just unbelievable.
Their customer service is terrible. I spoke with two customer reps. Both couldn't comprehend the issue I had with their service. They took my phone number and said a manager would get back to me. The manager didn't call back. I called two more times and left messages asking for a manager to call me. It's about two weeks later now and still no call from a manager or anyone else.
