Ocean Home provided a hospital bed for my mother's house, then picked it up when we sold the house. All good so far but....
They have been sending me duplicate bills, i.e. repeated charges for the same service (the bed) on the same date. This is illegal and could be considered Medicare fraud. They also never informed me what the terms of service & charges would be up front, they just hit you with this after you've accepted the service. I refused to pay the duplicate bill, of course.
So, good physical service but a billing nightmare. Welcome to the US medical system. Be prepared to spend hours on the phone dealing with it. If they don't address the duplicate bill I'll definitely have cause to report Medicare fraud - it's quite easy to do so online.
I’ve been dealing with this company for years as I don’t know of another one they are not at all professional they don’t return phone calls and the answer is the system it’s just awful I’m connect with my doctor to see if there’s another agency I can deal with
Incredibly unhelpful phone support staff. Refused to even attempt to solve my problem, refused to let me speak with a supervisor or someone else in a position who could solve my problem, and ultimately hung up on me.
If that is the kind of customer support you are looking for, then Ocean Home Health and Adapt Heath are the companies for you!
They suck. Idiot driver came to pick up wheelchair, took a device that didn’t belong to them, now claim they can’t find it. VERY irresponsible. Keep passing the buck, NO accountability. I’ve visited warehouse twice…totally clueless. When you emptied the truck didn’t you notice something unusual? They probably sold it on eBay already.
This supplier sent us a toilet boost seat that does not fit to our toilet at home. We called to ask switch to a different model or type. A service person came next day, but he brought the same boost seat that is not fit to out toilet. We called many times afterwards and we were asked to provide another Prescription, which we did. The patient has been discharged from the medical facility since July 4th, 2023. It's been more than a week. To date we still have not received a correct toilet boost seat. The customer service representative was rude when we called and they tried to kick the problem down the road.
I wish I saw these reviews before being sent here by my Dr. they have some nice people but nothing gets done your on everlasting hold all the time and they send you parts obviously not for you! they just don't care.
This company is awful. All you will get from them is stuck in their automated call center. After multiple calls, multiple times supplying the same information, multiply promise and now the call center hangs up on me as I wait in the cue. I still don’t have the equipment ordered by Cambridge Rehab for my Mother. This is now day 3 of trying to no avail. Awful service.
