This company location has the worst service for CPAP and OXYGEN supplies than any other company I've EVER used. From giving me 4 of the WRONG mask liners, to the incredibly long wait I had for my first system, to not showing up at my home for an appointment and not even bothering to call me to cancel, to providing me with an oxygen generator with a filthy, dirt-ridden filter after I asked if everything was cleaned prior to them delivering it to me. If there were zero stars, or minus stars, they'd earn that.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
