Just awful....I haven't a supply order in over 6 month's....excuses...excuses....excuses....I guess they order supplies through e-mail to their distributor and never follow up...wtf? I will be asking my insurance company if I can switch suppliers...I'm glad my supplies aren't life and death or i'd be dead...Terrible customer service..They just don't care...

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star, only because I had to, Well now that Lincare purchased Anthem, they are even worse. Haven't received a trach for my granddaughter in 6 months. Cant keep anything correct. Filed complaints and nothing, now on to the state of NY and the better business. Mult phone calls and nothing. Terrible, terrible company

one star because i can't give less... i called 3 times in less than one week about issues with a bipap machine.... referred to voicemail... no call back... is this customer service ??? ... not for me...

I purchased a walker and it needed new rubber feet in less than two weeks and they refused to send them to me under warranty. they wanted me to pay.

I will never buy another piece of equipment and will send a letter to Ellis Hospital and suggest that they find another provider.

Don't even bother calling if you have any questions about their medical supplies. They were supposed to put me in a que to get into the system so I could order a part. They never did. When I called back days later to follow up, the lady PAT was rude to me and hung up on me (after yelling at me).
