First time there, most likely last time. People were friendly enough but I got the infamous $40 upcharge that everyone else has mentioned on here. Of course they didn’t tell me anything about it. I called and complained about it and was told it was company policy. I know that this is quite a discrepancy, because every other local CPAP provider apparently does not i’ll charge you for masks, you get them for free with your insurance. That’s a pretty bad way of fleecing your patients for extra money.

I have been dealing with Apnea Care on Sheridan drive and have found them to be professional and helpful. They have accomodating me and my son and have explained everything to us so as to make sure my son gets a really good night sleep. I would recommend them.
