I have been a with Apria since 1990, I was diagnosed with OSSA,, I m on cpap up until now I've had no complaints but two weeks ago my cpap machine started to break down . Hi called Apria in Kingston and was given another number an 800 number I called. I was instructed to get a new prescription because it had been so long since I received a new machine it was not in system but I could order new supplies, so I drove to my Dr office this was Monday and right there they faxed a new prescription for my machine . I went home called Apria and they told me they got the prescription and my stuff would be here on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received the supplies , so I Called and was told it would take ten business days for the paperwork to go through. It's been two weeks and I don't have a new machine yet even after they told me they would send it ASAP because my O2sat go down in the 70's without my cpap
