I would never use their services again. I was very disappointed. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I called for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. After 2 weeks of waiting, no one has bothered to return my call to set up apppointment to pick up the bed.
