Horrible customer service. Received damage tubing, was told that if it was damaged when you received it you would have reported in a week. Sorry but I do not always open and use resupply within a week of receiving. Also every part in the box was wrong but I thought OK I will try what they sent so I do not have to send it back for replacement. This is what I get for being flexible. Now I am stuck without tubing and cannot use any my spare parts as they changed everything on me. Offered no solutions, I will be finding a new supplier.

Home care concepts has nt bad ccustom serice- thir customerservice is non existent. I hae alled multile times an written letters. My next letter is to my healthare provider, the state tstorneygnera and my attorney. The bill for services NOT rendered and refuse to answer inquiries.

Horrible service, pressured by salesperson to sign contracts then told there was a significant copay that I owed. Meanwhile they were charging my insurance company on a monthly basis and had collected several times the cost of the equipment.
