Terrible to deal with...Was told my $68 that I paid the gentlemen when he set me up was for the neubulizer equipment. Believed I was buying it and my insurance paid the rest. I called them they told me to disregard ..and now have 2 months bill with no explanation of what is what.
Now being billed. Two months and 8 days later still not cashed. When asked they were going to check into it..NOTHING. NO CALL BACK...NOTHING. Then applied for assistance a month ago...can't find. No one there seems to know who is on first so to speak.

Terrible customer service. They would not pick up equipment after the doctor sent over the cancellation. They kept saying they did not have it and they were still working on it. After 5 weeks of multiple phone calls and BS answers I took the equipment to them and was given attitude because I wanted a receipt saying I returned all of it. This place is a joke and will not use them again.

They said my nebulizer machine would be here today but it was a no show. I live with cpod and lung infections. I am on oxygen and they know how medically important it is to have it .So here i sit waiting still ..

I have had Lincare these past few years for mu oxygen supplies. I have had excellent service and the staff has been great to me.. I would highly reccomend Lincare to anyone..

Just terrible customer service !!! Talk about RUDE & unhelpful. Do these people understand that customers are the reason they have a job ! Nothing but excuse after excuse as to why I cant be serviced promptly. My goodness, all I want is supplies to my cpap machine.

When I attempted to order a breast pump to help with care of my newborn baby, they said they would send one after I faxed a prescription. After several weeks went by they said it was on it's way. I gave up waiting and got a hand pump. After more than a month went by I just assumed it would never show up, so I called and they told me "someone tried to call to arrange delivery but couldn't get through" -- however, nobody had EVER called me or my husband-- we had always been the ones to call Lincare. Anyway, they had me have my doctor's office RESEND a prescription. I called again 10 days later asking about my breast pump (my baby is now almost 3 months old and I'm going back to work next week) and they said they need to have the doctor's chart notes proving I actually need a breast pump. These charts would detail my vaginal length and cervix size and are entirely unnecessary-- since my DOCTOR wrote a PRESCRIPTION for it, and that is usually all that is needed to PROVE that the item is necessary. Not to mention, they didn't require these medical charts for the pump they had allegedly attempted to send me previously. Also, my doctor's office has never been required to provide anything but a prescription in their many years of practice, for a breast pump. I will be finding another provider for my medical equipment and will be submitting formal complaints to Lincare and my insurance company about this ordeal.

Very rude staff. I have had to work with this agency on behalf of individuals I support. Every contact has been an unpleasant encounter. I have also had medical providers complain about the rudeness & disrespectful manner of the staff they have encountered at the Newark office.
