Great Pharmacy with personalized service. When you call someone answers the phone and they go out of their way to accommodate. No big chains for me.

Couldn't ask for more courteous and efficient staff. They have been helpful to all my needs in a smooth way of handling anything I requested. I have always been treated with sincere courtesy by the staff members that helped me, they answered all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased to learn that Lindsay Drug Co. made deliveries which was the best thing that ever happened to me due to the fact that I am a caregiver for my brother who does not live with me and just this service makes my life a lot better.

Sept 29,2014 I visited this store. I had a prescription for a nebulizer. I was told to take a seat and they would check my ins. The girl came back and said that asthma was not an acceptable diagnosis. When I asked for her assistance she said she could not help me or make any calls with me .she showed me where the phone was .I called Medicare and ther would be a fifteen minute hold. Finally after getting cut off I became very frustrated. She then came over with a piece of paper which I still have and suggested I have my dr. Write it out for cops. I said no and that I was leaving and going to Marras in Cohoes . She said Bye! I guess Lindsay's doesn't need my business . I went to Marra' s and they pleasantly helped me the information that was needed was faxed from my dr and I was in the car with my nebulizer within 15 min. Next time I will go to Cohoes first and will never return to Lindsay' again!
