It is sad working in the medical field that you come across a place like this, that is so disorganized and doesn't know which end is up. Here I am trying to help my patient get there medical supplies, sent in the orders, confirmed that the orders were received verbally to find out a week later from the patient that they told him they have not received any orders. Really I had fax confirmation and name of the person I spoke to but they still claim they didn't have it. So I call again tell them who I spoke to when I faxed it but all they said is sorry they don't have can I fax it again. So I fax orders again get my fax confirmation and called and get a verbal confirmation again. But, this time the pharmacist ask where has the patient been getting his supplies before, when was his surgery, Umm? he has been getting his supplies from you since day one. Are you serious, do you no see in your records that you have been the medical supplier. She is silent looks further giggles and says oh yeah we have been supplying him. Scary! If you can go somewhere else I would stay far away from this place.

There are plenty of businesses that can completely fail at providing the services they promise to offer. However, only Mercy Home Care is capable of consistently failing in ways that you didn't think were possible. If you need medical supplies, you should avoid Mercy Home Care and Medical Supplies. If you don't want to receive medical supplies or you want to receive medical supplies you didn't order/ don't need, you should definitely contact Mercy Home Care.
This is literally the worst service of any business I have ever come across in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration. These people are not qualified to hand out ad flyers on the street. Yet, they are responsible for providing medical supplies to people. I'm currently in the middle of 3 major surgeries over 6 months. There are several products and medical appliances I require in order to function on a daily basis. Getting these people to even process the orders my doctor sends is an insurmountable task. This is due to the unparalleled stupidity, unprecedented laziness, and unwarranted rudeness of the employees. They have sent me 3 shipments of medical supplies. All of them have been wrong.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
