They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.
