I went to get 3 pair of knee high compression hose. The first pair I got and really liked them but had to wait months and being put off. Finally they told me they sent my info to Crosby's Drugs. He said he told me but he did not. So I went to Crosby's and they didn't have my information.

I bought a pair of medical grade compression stocking off the wall rack. They have a very small selection. I needed them for post surgery. I went in a couple weeks later to order a second pair just after my surgery. I was previously led to believe that they could order more than just their CR brand. I asked for the more expensive brand in a sheer stocking which I thought was available by order. I was told they would be available for pick up in 4 days. On day 7 I called and inquired about the stockings. I was told they would look into it and call me right back. The next day and no return call, I called again. I was told that the stockings I asked for were not able to be ordered. I asked why they didn't tell me that the day I ordered them so that I could get another pair of "their" brand. I reluctantly ordered a second pair of their brand and was told it would be another 5 days before they would be in to pick up. Very very poor service and terrible communication. I'm surprised they are even in business. I would definitely take my business somewhere else should I need stockings again.... Try Crosby's???
