I gave Cornerstone Medical a rating of one, only because there was no option to give them a lower score! I am a bi-pap and oxygen patient and have been forced to use bi-pap supplies well beyond their recommended time for usage because of this company's ineptitude. They informed in April of this year that in order to refill my supplies, I needed to see my doctor to have the order refilled, which I did. I called them several days after visiting my doctor to resubmit the order for my supplies. Not trusting them to follow thru, I called my doctors office 2 days later to confirm that Cornerstone had indeed contacted the doctors office to verify the doctors approval. They had not! At that point I requested that the doctors office call Cornerstone to confirm approval for my supplies, which they did. Subsequently, Cornerstone called and informed me that they were shipping my supplies. I just had a phone call from someone in Cornerstone's Cleveland office, telling me that I needed the doctors approval before they could fill my subscription. Because this company, Cornerstone, is so inept and totally lacking in their customer support skills, leads me to believe that they're making so much money off of their Medicare billing that they can get away with ignoring their customers (patients) needs. Save yourselves a lot of frustration...and possibly a life threatening situation, and avoid this company (Cornerstone) at all cost!

have been a cpap patient for years and love all the therapists I deal with. Always work around my schedule and help me with all the questions I have. Their pap therapists are top notch. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
