Was very rude when I called about them coming to take back gel overlay for my mom who is 83 and in need of this for her bed. They knew 3 days before they was coming and didn't even bother to call and let us know anything until the guy showed up at my door. The competitive bidding thing should have let them known not to even bring it to begin with
