They are in need of an office manager. Someone to make them accountable. Right now they run that office by the seat of their
pants! One side doesn't know what the other is doing.
Give me 6 weeks full card blanche and they will sing a different tune or they will be looking for work,

Customer service is extremely poor. I have been told that a ten minute hold is acceptable for contact. I have spent over three hours phone time over three days. talking to over a dozen people. I can not recommend this business.

Jennifer N. was very accommodating and helpful. My husband's discharge date was uncertain and changed. She was gracious and made arrangements for my convenience. When there was a shipping error (not of Lincare's doing) she arrived at our house at 9:30 at night having driven over 75 miles to bring us needed supplies. She was courteous and friendly and made us feel that it was her pleasure to assist us.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all, they were ridiculous!
