In November I received a CPAP pillow which I opened for my night sleep and as soon as I opened the plastic wrap a moldy atmosphere entered my bedroom which gave me a respiratory sickness for two days. Within minutes I sealed the pillow and got it out of my house. Called the service company the next day and they unexpectedly sent a person to retrieve the pillow within a day or two. It is now March and I've been haggling with them over my refund of $50 in which they keep giving me a run around. Today I will cancel all business with this company and cancel a credit card so they do not try to send me any more equipment. I am so upset and I will do all can to get my money back, a very tedious process. WOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT TREATS YOU THIS WAY?

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
