DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Never ordered anything from these people but they were told by one of their reps to ship several items to my son and myself. They billed Medicare and Blue Cross for my equipment and Medicare for my sons. The balance on my sons has been sent for collection. I have reported this to Medicare as fraud but they do seem to care. Is there anyone out there who cares? Did not think so.

My dr ordered me a tens unit and was told that medicare payments would be accepted in full. Now they are saying I owe them 536.00 and shows on my credit report as a bill not paid would not recommend them to any one.going to file a complaint with attorney general office.

I have paid them 3 different times! Now they turned me over to collections saying I still owe $40.! I had to see them before I could even see the Dr. that day she told me they accepted what Medicare paid and I would not owe anything! They are SCAMMERS! Beware!

Seems as though my Dr.. gave us a brace & billed Med. Ins. then NEVER sent us a bill , even the Dr. said it would not cost us anything , now 4yrs latter we get a bill from a 3 party wanting right at $300 with no info about what for sure we are being billed for! Never again will I let a Dr. do this!!

I haven't visited this place but I recently went to my family doctor and ask about something for my knee since I have osteoarthritis in it. He sent this girl in and she measured my leg and didn't say anything but left. I left the office and probably two months later a box came in the mail from here. I opened it and there was this knee brace. No nothing
else in the box. I had no idea if this was added to my doctor bill or what but Walmart carries one that it practically identical to the one I was sent.
Theirs is about $39 and change. This one didn't have anything. I wasn't expecting it to cost a gold mine! I wore the brace for a couple months BEFORE I ever knew anything. Then I got a bill and a statement from Medicare. The medicare statement showed they paid over $600 of this
brace and that left me to pay $169 for it. I've been getting bills for it.
I CAN NOT afford that. They won't tell BEFORE you wear it what it will cost. Had I known about the one at Walmart I'd have tried it first. I know this one is almost identical to the one I was sent because my son-in-law has one and showed it to me. I am going to wash this one and send it back to this place and am NOT going to pay this. I think the
patient ought to be told the cost before they send it or even WHEN they send the brace there should be something that tells what the cost it. This way they will charge you what they want to and you've already used it. I will give it two stars because it does help but I'm on a limited income and only get a small SS check and by the time the bills are paid I might have !00 left for the month. I CAN NOT afford this brace so before you have your doctor get you a brace ASK what it will cost.
