I have been trying for 2 weeks now to try and get some supplies for my cpap. When I first called the lady on the phone told me that I needed to get the doctor to send my last sleep study before she could help. Not friendly at all. So I called the doctors office and his nurse called me back and I told her what they said and gave her the fax number. I asked her to called me back when she sent the fax. It was the same day that I called the nurse. So I then called Lincare and the lady said they had not received a fax. Still not friendly.So I waited a couple more days and called back. Still no respondes, So I called back to my doctors and told to the Medical Records and asked them to send a copy of my last sleep study to the same fax number. Then I waited again for a couple of days and called back around 8;15 on the 17th of Oct. 2016 to see if they have got my sleep study. The lady that answered the phone said that the person that was working on my information was not in and that she would have her return my called. Still to this day I have not received a call. I was given several different names to called from Medicare and since I was closer to El Reno that is why I chose them. Now if they don't want my business I will contact Medicare and let them know how I was treated by this Lincare.
