Customer services went out of their way to help me. I was greeted at the door. They took time to show me each of the items I needed. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance requirements. The showroom was very clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I will recommend to all my friends that if they need anything to contact mobility plus. Don't call cause u get people in Muskogee ( not too friendly over the phone) but the girls in Tulsa made up for it.

Very difficult to get service. Weeks to get a return call or answers to questions on warranty repair. Weeks to get a part. Do not recommend.

I was asking for a repair to a wheelchair that was purchased from them. It took a number of calls to get someone out to inspect the chair, then much too long to get the repair made. Instead of submitting the expense to Medicare & my supplemental insurance, I had to pay the supplemental part and was to be reimbursed for that amount when the insurance paid. That was five months ago, and after follow-up calls I'm still waiting. They did call recently to tell me Medicare had paid; now I have to wait for my supplemental insurance to pay---then they will refund the amount I paid. Lousy business relations.

This company comes across as unprofessional, unconcerned, and unhelpful. They are almost never able to take their calls and do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They don't get equipment delivered in a timely manner either.
