I bought a Mighty Mack 4217 blue walker with a seat from them and mom paid for it with her SS money that she barely had because of a horrible car wreck in 2006 blowing out my knees. The walker came unwelded on the bottom left hand side and they replaced the first walker. Now the second walker came unwelded in the same spot in the spring of 2012. Tuality said that I joyrided it up and down Foster and 82nd avenue and I had someone push me on it and that is why it came unwelded which was a big fat lie. They said they took it to their warehouse where they determined I did the damage and broke it-(my own walker) which was a big fat lie. Why would I break my own walker that I love and need.? They said I broke my own walker which was a lie. I did do research and found out that several disabled companies that sell disabled walkers here in the Portland area are no longer selling NOVA-Artho products due to poor workmanship and the fact that Nova will not back up their walkers any more. These places also told me that Medicare was no longer paying them for the walkers either. I called them (Nova-Arthro) and do not own technology and a camera and they wanted me to email pictures of the damage and I have no money to spend $600.00 on a new digital camera and have no clue how to email pictures just to be in the new technology loop to be like the Jones'.The walkers are made out of cheap aluminum and it is thin as well. Tuality Medical Supply has a monopoly on the disabled market where there is no competition and people cannot go anywhere else to buy these walkers. They blame the customers for breaking their products that break and are of poor workmanship. I have so far told alot of people about my horrible experience and plan to tell more. A friend of mine needed some equipment for her eyes and Tualatin told her that diabetes caused her eyes to go out and that was a lie and her eye problems are caused from a botched surgury in 2007. The made her cry. If it takes the rest of my life I plan to tell many people how they accused me of something I did not do because I feel people that have to have these walkers are being treated like dirt and being accused of something they did not do. It says on my paperwork that this walker is covered under warranty. If it was and Nova-Arthro backed up this product Tuality would not have treated me like this which is the worst any business in Portland has treated me since moving here in 1991 from Boston Mass.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
