The service from the O2 delivery man, "Mr. Tom" was awesome, other t han him, the service and staff could not be worse. Please, if you care about a loved one in need of O2 equipment, or you yourself are in need, don't put yourself through Apria. You will end up more sick and upset than when you came to them for help. By the way, they're vindictive when you try to leave them. They won't pick up the equipment they brought (which is huge and ugly yet expensive. They leave it there so your insurance won't cover your new equipment. My heart aches for those people to weak or elderly, (or both) to deal with these people. The Sewickley office and management are particularly and literary go out of their way to mess your life up., however, I dealt with Apria in Cleveland, OH and they just didn't care and lie, lie, lie.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
