It pains me to write this review as my daughter has been with Brotherston for years. She had a brain injury six years ago and is on a ventilator and feeding tube. They schmoozed us at first to get our business from another company and were great in the beginning. Then when there was insurance reimbursement issues (due to their billing mistakes) which left a significant balance (again, due to their billing mistakes) they started threatening to hold my daughter's orders unless I made payments, even though there was no issue with her current authorizations. I explained how it was unethical to withhold authorized medical supplies because of a past due balance, but they would not budge and demanded monthly payments. The owner of this company is all about money and could care less about the vulnerable population it serves. To add insult to injury, they still have my daughter on their Testimonials page as a poster child for their wonderful service!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Not a good company to deal with. They will lie to you about emergency service and weekend services and will not work to accomadate an ill persons needs. Its better to stay away from Brotherston all together.
