Billing people clueless. No Privacy. Forced to share my medical information in a clinic. Horrible company. Well definitely go elsewhere.

Respiratory Therapist is very nice and takes the time to answer your questions but the secretary that works there is clueless. Does not always give the therapist your message so therapist does not know when customers call. Constantly is billing incorrectly, under an old account number. Sends equipment order to vendor and it is constantly incorrect despite receiving the same equipment for years. I am now seeking another medical supply company who knows what they are doing.

Their services may be great but their billing is awful. We got a bill on 12/5/14 that said it was due on 1/4/15. We have had a collection agency call us twice this week saying that our account is overdue. The bill and website at Rotech (maybe their parent company?) clearly stated that the bill was due 1/4/15. When offered the option to set up automatic bill payments, we were offered the option of paying them when we received the bill or when the bill was due. We chose to pay it when it was due. We have always paid our bills on time and this is the first that we were billed for these services. In fact, we called when we got the e-mail notice of the bill because we wondered how many more payments we would have for the durable equipment and that was when the person told us that it always takes the insurance companies a long time to pay Rotech and so it takes them a long time to bill us, the patient. The billed services were for over a year ago, but this was the first we had received a bill for the services. Based on what the person told us when we called, this must happen a lot. If you value your credit rating, try another medical supply company. I think we are going to talk with Rezk Medical Supply after this! We get first notice of a bill on the 5th and they have already turned us over to a collection agency by the next week!
