Avoid this company at all costs. I was referred to them by my PCP for mild sleep apnea. To get a hold of them is near impossible with rude, arrogant staff. When they want to contact you about new equipment or insurance updates they are relentless. I've received an insane amounted of automated-robo calls. Dozens of cryptic text and voicemails. When you finally speak to a representative, they'll hound you with the same questions over and over again.

Do anything possible to avoid using this company.

I really wanted to work with this company, because it is so convenient to my home. However, I do not appreciate their total lack of office space or receptivity to their patients. I have never tried to get a delivery due to the sheer hassle of finding my supplies available (on my first order, yet.) My "independent contractor" is profesional, but even he seems to parrot the sales script, or so it would seem. Yes, I am still resisting being placed on CPAP for thew indefinite future, as I believe my sleeping difficulties lie a lifelong nasal allergy. Why does everyone keep pushing CPAP like it's a cure-all when it can't cure me?

I’ve used this provider since Several years. I’ve only had excellent service, both in person, home and their location, and over the phone. All my calls were promptly returned. My pulmonologist sent me to them, so I have no reference to compare prices but service to me is everything, especially since my machine was having a problem, which was promptly resolved by them. I definitely recommend.

I am extremely happy with the customer service. I feel that they go above and beyond to keep me satisfied as a customer. When I needed a new script, they worked very hard to make sure it was done in a timely manner. I always receive a follow up call to make sure everything is alright whenever I leave a voicemail. I would highly recommend this this office because the customer service is just great.

Customer service is a disgrace... I called to get supplies and they said I needed a new prescription and hung up. Last time I was there I ordered supplies the day before and said I would be in to pick them up. They were not ready and could not find my request...Looking for a new supplier. I heard there is a great one in Broomall
