Worst company I have ever had to do business with. I don't see how they stay in business. They have not an order right in months. They either do not send any of most of the items or they send more than my insurance pays for. When you talk to anyone at the company they either have nothing to say to fix the problem or the put you on hold to be transferred to another person that does not help you until you tire of the run around.

This Company is a disgrace and has jeopardized my 90 year old Aunts Health through their incompetence and making Promises they did not keep. After telling us they would not deliver the Equipment until the Day she was released from the nursing home giving us no time to prepare before here arrival. It is now 5 Days that my Aunt has been home and we still do not have the items we need to Properly Care for her. After multiple phone calls and several different stories and excuses we have gotten no where closer to knowing when we receive the Equipment. I would never recommend this company to anyone . This company truly Deserves Zero Stars but unfortunately that was not an option.

this place has the worst customer service there could possibly be, even at the corporate level they are just as bad i could go on about this all day. please do not even think about using lincare for any oxygen needs they are the worst providers out there i agree with last person if there was a minus 1 on the stars i would give it to lincare east providence location

If there were ZERO or NEGATIVE stars available, this company would get them. As a result of their lies and incompetence, my 91-year old father, who has spent the last eighty-six days in a nursing home, HAS NO BED TONIGHT. Medicare rules prevent the ordering of equipment more than forty-eighty hours prior to release and Lincare has made a mess of things in the last two days. Right now, I have an exhausted, elderly parent at home and HE HAS NO BED. Trust me when I tell you that you should avoid this company at all costs. This negative review is not going to end here; tomorrow, I am going far and wide, including my state governor's office.
