I have to say every time my mother needs oxygen, Keri is amazing. She has an awesome personality and is great with people and she seems like she loves her job we need more people like her.

Absolutely terrible on service and communication. They have missed many scheduled planned deliveries and unless you call to find out why it may take 2 days to get fixed and in the meantime you have no oxygen or have to redo your plans to work with what you have left.

Made a proactive call on Monday 11/22 to order tanks for delivery on Wednesday 11/24 in advance for a need for Thanksgiving and the following week. CSR was thankful for getting the order early to meet my delivery day. Well they did not show nor did they call to say they weren’t coming. As a result I did not have enough oxygen to go to my daughters (from RI to MA) for Thanksgiving. Would have used my last tank just on the drive back and forth. Here it is Friday 11/26 and of course they are not open. This means I won’t be going out this weekend too.

I would definitely not use this center ever! They have changed their physical location but have not updated their website. They have moved to Cumberland. When I called them, they did not inform me of this move, and in fact suggested that I was obviously ignorantly unaware that they had moved, despte the fact that their website still lists the physical address in East Providence. I had all of my records faxed from my doctor's office to Lyncare. I called them to check on the status, and they promised to call me back. Two days later they had not called. I called them back and they had lost the records and asked me to have them faxed again. Due to this interaction, I stopped all business with them.

I recently contacted your East Providence office seeking to buy a simple plastic on/off button for my CPAP machine. The person that answered the phone said that since I was not in their computer she would need a prescription and copy of my sleep study before they would sell me the $.7.00 button. How ridiculous can you stupid asses be. I contacted another company which is obviously much more reputable and had the part in less than a week.
Thank you for nothing. You people call yourselves healthcare professionals! What a joke, You shouldn't even be in business. What a bunch of dumbass morons run this company. As for the sweet young lady that answered the phone, she could care less about helping a customer. I'm, sure her next job will be at a drive up window.
I wouldn't recommend this company for anything except maybe my garbage pick up. They obviously won't be around long.

I have nothing but good things to say about Lincare. They worked closely with my physician to obtain a rolling walker for me. They were extremely polite with each contact we had and the young man who delivered it to me explained how it worked and spent time making sure it was at the right height for me.I could not have asked for better care.

I'm very upset with your people in you office, they refused to let me talk with a manager, saying she was not there and that I have to call back tomorrow. Well time is ticking on this matter and they dropped the ball and will do nothing to fix the matter. Very unprofessional office help. My problem is that on Thursday my mother is going to Orlando Florida to Disney a place she always dream of going. So this what you staff. Did before Christmas I called to set up oxygen so she could go on this trip I was told her liquid oxygen would be delived to the hotel room, by Tonya. And I had to pay for the one for the plane so that's what I did. She also told me six batteries would enough, but to make safe I got 8. So today I call the hotel to make sure my room is still there. I call your company to make sure that her oxygen, tubing, neck mask, witch they always give her the wrong one even though she has been getting all her breathing surplies from your company for years, and 3 portable liquid oxygen tanks. I called and left two messages for someone to call me back, on the 3rd try later in the day, I finely got throgh. I was told that Tonya never put the potable liquid tanks on the form and was told to call the Florida office and given the phone number, so I called and was told they don't have any to call your office in R.I. And tell them they can overnight ship them to Florida. So I am doing your office people's work and call you office people and I am told to put the ones my mom has at her house in the cheek luggage. I told them how my luggage gets thron around and that I will not pay for them if they get broken, well there's no one I can talk to.thats all they said. I told them my moms Dr. Says she needs to be on liquid oxygen because the other one drys her to the point the mucus dry and form a hard shape mucus plug that block her breathing. So now that I say this I'm told there is no one there that can help me with this. I don't like drama or to make problems but I have spent a lot of time and money to give my 80 year old mom her dream vacation and Your office people Tonya said it could be done. If it come down to that you will not only loss a long time costumer but I will call anyone that will Liston, I may never have another chance to do this for her. She is 80 and Lincare said it could be done. Only one day to fix.

I keep get billed for and get no services provided. I need hoses, a mask and maintenance of my BI-PAP machine and oxygen concentrator. This place should be investigated by the Federal and State Medical authorities immediately. There's some serious medical fraud going on here!

Horrible service! Been trying to get C Pap supplies for over 6 weeks. Doctor has called 3 times and I've called. Local doesn't return calls. Apparently doesn't want my business.

This company should be taken off the list for doctors to use. For instance I waited 3 weeks for a bed to be delivered. My O2 tanks were never the right amount. They all promise you that day delivery and it never comes. Don't use this place.... They will kill your loved one trust me
