My oxygen machine was shorting out, and I brought it in for service about 1:30 on Thursday. Tech’s were out in the field, I was told I’d get a call. No call, no answer to my 4:45 telephone calls, and therefore no oxygen overnight, as prescribed by my physician. Poor attitude in person at the office, even poorer attitude by hanging up on my phone calls as 5:00 PM approached. I’m writing this now, as I’ve already gone without my midday oxygen therapy, and will have none tonight. Hope I wake up tomorrow, to ask them what their customer service problem might be.

I DO NOT recommend this company. No call backs, they have no idea what is going on, no follow through and no interest in getting things done for their customers. The worst part? The only thing I have gotten from them is excuses. I'm taking my business elsewhere for sure.

I have called and left a message at 843 767-0580 3 weeks ago and again last week for Valerie Pender and it would seem Valerie has no time to answer calls or return calls in a timely manner. My card has been charged for services with no information as to what the charge is for or why when the last visit was many months ago and now my flex spending accounts wants to know what the charge is so they can comply with Federal laws and without a valid reason or receipt to show the government they will suspend account until resolved and with out Valerie not answering my calls I cannot get this resolved. ABC Medical should not apply any charges to my card without my knowledge or a receipt to show as proof of services.

I have been coming here for years buying supplies for my CPAP machine. I am now told you must have prescriptions updated every two years. Once again another scam by local businesses and insurance companies. So silly since I can just go online and order my parts anyway. I thought I was supporting a local business but I'm sure they don't need my help anyway with the way they run business.

The initial experience was fine. When my insurance pays and my credit card payments are fine I'm an excellent customer! When there's a billing issue you don't really fully explain and print a due immediately or you'll turn me over to a collection agency after over a year for an $80.80 payment balance! Really? You just lost a customer! Am checking with Dr. Rinn in the morning and switching providers.
