Voice prompts are endless; one hand doesn't know what the other is doing; customer service is poor except for one particular person who seems to be the only one who knows what she is doing. However, trying to get hold of her at my local supplier is like pulling teeth. I was given 4 different phone numbers to call. Also, supplies aren't shipped automatically when they are supposed to be shipped.
I have been waiting for weeks to receive my new bipap machine. I keep calling. I'm told the person i need to speak to isn't there. I leave a message but my calls are never returned
