I have used other CPAP suppliers, but I have advised my pulmonologist lincare is no better than the others. They send me the wrong item(s) and you wait a long time on the phones trying to reach a real person. My typical wait time is from 19-37 mins. And, once I do get a real person, their records are not up to date, hence why I get the wrong supplies. Come Jan, I asked my dr to switch to another provider. I can not recommend Lincare as a CPAP supplier.
The service rep. delivered my oxygen on 8-10-17. He told me I would have to wait one month for smaller portable oxygen. I am unable to carry the big portable tanks. Why do I have to wait a month for a smaller portable? I do not understand. I would appreciate feed back on my question. Please comply.
Worst service ever would not recomend this place to no one. Do not waste your time find somewhere else to go. 45 days never had a order completed no calls from anyone when I would call same awnser they are working on it sent Complaints emails and phone calls to corporate where no ever responded or returned calls as well. Cancelled my orders took my business somewhere else.
