I have never posted a negative review, but now it is needed. I was shocked as to how I was treated at Reliable. The staff is condescending and unprofessional. There are plenty of other options for medical equipment. Don't go to Reliable!

They came to my house and told me I was purchasing my CPAP and that Blue Cross would cover it. I gave them my credit card for an initial charge. They kept my credit card on file and began auto charging me for a rental. What was told to me as being covered by my insurance is costing me over $1,000 out of my pocket. I have been on the phone with them every month. Promises made to correct it. I finally reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I filed complain against them with Blue Cross. I called my credit card company to stop all auto charging of my card. Stay far away from this business. You will have nothing but lies and headaches. Purchase equipment online and avoid them totally.
