Apria is the worst company I have ever done business with. My husband is using my oxygen because they will not answer their phones to take an order. I got someone two months ago and she told me that he was outside of his scheduled delivery and would have to wait to get portable oxygen. When I further engaged the representative about her statement and this schedule that only they were aware of, she hung up on me. I called my provider and got oxygen the same day. Today, I tried calling and got the same voice mail requesting I leave a message. Well, that doesn't work because I have never gotten a call back. This is ridiculous. I'm calling his insurance now. I also recalled when he initially set-up with them, there were problems. Apria is horrible. 9/22/2015
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
