Worlds worst customer service. I'm in a broken hospital bed and it is taking them weeks to repair it. Reported the up down motor wasn't working making a loud grinding noise, and they sent a repair mane with nothing but a control cable. He agreed the gears were stripped and went back for parts,
Still nothing after several weeks. Calling customer service gets someone who misunderstands every thing you say.
Fair warning...do not choose Apria as your DME provider, customer service is very rude and always right, they make numerous mistakes from insurance billing to incorrect supplies, then refuse to make corrections! The hold time to actually receive customer service is generally 20-30 minutes. If I could give "0" stars I would! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
