I ordered a replacement wheel for a mobiility chair. I called to check on the status since I was expecting it to arrive. The person I spoke with said he'd call and get back with me on the status. I had to call back two other days and it wasn't until the third converstation that he finally called me back with an update. The reason he gave was that the supplier had a run on the wheels recently and they were out of stock. They expected to have them ship the 28th or 30th. My bad review is based on them not checking and returning any calls the first two times. I'm also a bit leary on the reason for the delay. I believe when you tell a customer you'll check and call them right back then thats exactly what you should do. I purchased from them before with good results but this experience zeroed out the other experiences. They lost a customer. They need some customer service training.
