Employees of this company are the kindest people......I have been having to deal w mid south also for other needs and the people in that office are the rudest people so it was refreshing to beal w ur company's kindness
My father is 81 years old. He is the sweetest man. He speaks softly and is generally happy and always respectful of others. But this representative that services him is very mean to my father.
My dad complained to me that the oxygen was not being delivered on the day of the week it was supposed to be delivered. I called and spoke with Lincare about the problem. In return the "representative" tells Lincare he showed up and no one was at home. ( My dad sits at the part of the house where he watches what goes on outside and the "representative" just never showed.)
That was in the beginning when Lincare's West Memphis Arkansas customers were given to Bartlett TN office.
When a Lincare office was located in West Memphis, Arkansas, my dad just went to the office and picked up his oxygen supplies. He really liked the people that worked there. They were good to my dad and very considerate. I know this, because I had occasions to go with him when I was visiting.
But once the office was closed down and customers moved to Bartlett TN, everything changed.
Next my dad had worked it out to have the oxygen delivered to another address where it could be signed for, or someone accept it, or jump thru whatever hoops were needed by this on "representative". Lincare knew my dad was a busy person when my dad was signed up to use Lincare services. I hank the Lord he is able to still be social and works at working and doing something that keeps him moving daily. He is bright and funny and fun.
But almost immediately after complaining about the "no shows" and my dad not getting Lincare down to a specific day, this representative would leave only half of his needed oxygen supply and take all his empty cannisters and then the representative would say he delivered the correct amount. i complained myself because it was making my dad so anxious because he would not have enough to keep him going and would be down to the last two bottles. Imagine....this 81 year old man could not trust the company to be on his side. He would be told the oxygen would be delivered. It would not show up. He would call me frantic. I would call and it would show at the last minute.
If it was on a Friday, he would worry he would not get it until Monday, so he would be stuck at home. He could not go anywhere because he had none of the mobile oxygen. He could not go to church or anywhere.
I was visiting with my father and the representative shows up. Bangs hard and loud on the door and the glass rattles. Very rude. Th representative never said hello or anything. Just gruffly stated he was in a hurry and this was the oxygen supply he had on the truck and this is all he could leave. Take it or leave it, because he did not care. He picked up the empty cannisters and once again he did not leave the number of cannisters to match what he picked up. The representative did not know I was listening to ever word he said in the next room.
I called and complained to Bartlett, TN Lincare and I was told the "representative" would be spoken to. They called me and said the whole incident was denied by the representative.
What a JERK! Of course it was denied. I want to know who is this guy to this company that he can get away with this kind of client treatment? I have spoken to other people that use this service in West Memphis and I have heard horror stories about this man. My father is not the only one he does this to. These are elderly and/or disabled people that really do not know whom they can turn to in order for this to stop! If they complain, the service gets worse.
When I complain, there is always a paper that appears that shows well this was delivered and we didn't know he needed more? Stupid. Do the math!
I now find out my dad would literally turn his oxygen a number lower to save it because he knew the "representative" would most likely do something to him - - like not delivering it and he again would be stuck.
I feel like this "representative" does what he chooses to do. He delivers when, where, and what he wants to --- according to the number of hours he chooses to actually work on his route that day. Where is he the rest of the day, when he is supposed to be delivering? Who gets delivered to or not delivered to (according to the time he spends on his own personal business ?)
Problems have escalated. It has gotten worse and he is purposely trying to annoy my father. Much more has been done and we have tried to work with Lincare. I have looked into other companies. Any suggestions?
It is now to the point of I am scared for my dad. I am in the process today to notify Bartlett TN Lincare DO NOT SEND THAT "REPRESENTATIVE" AROUND MY DAD EVER AGAIN.
