They couldn't seem to get anything done regarding my CPAP supplies. I needed some paperwork for Medicare to take the hold off of my account. Nothing was getting done. They were unable, or forgot, to forward a copy of my sleep study to my physician. They simply aren't a fireball when it comes to getting anything done. Needing supplies, I chose to go with a different company. After signing the appropriate releases the new company requested my records from Lincare, but oddly enough the sleep study never showed up. On the positive side the people I talked with were all really nice. Still, nothing got done.
