Poor service and people who do not know their job or not that interested.
Always get my order wrong. They treated me like I did not know what I was talking about or did not have CPAP knowledge. I have been using a CPAP machine for over 15 yrs. Too bad they are a medicare provider that is close to my home. Will be looking for someone else even if I have to use mailorder

Extremely poor customer service. Quick to call you for billing issues but can't get a call back on supply request. Left 3 voice mails and when I DID get to speak to a human she said she would confirm insurance benefits and call me back...never called back. Will change providers at earliest opportunity.
