They have overcharged.. CPAP machine did not give option of rent to own.. so they got all the rental but when called to see if can outright buy they are charging full cost again.. RIP OFF and would not encourage anyone to use them. L Lienemann

Working with these people is like pulling eye teeth with a pair of tweesers. Never in my 76 years have I seen such incompetence and complete disregard for the patient. They provided oxygen after my by-pass surgery. The equipment broke on Nov 2. I contacted them and they said they would have someone out that evening. It is now Nov 14 and I still have not seen anyone. Sure glad I can breath. My cardiologists, Dr Atari, sent in a discontinue order on Nov 8. As of today, they still claim they have not received anything. Now they want me to sign a waiver to have the equipment removed. I find this to be ridiculous. I am advising my insurance company of all this so they can take necessary action.

my experience with customer service has been frustrating to say the least . No one seems to know the status of orders, when they will be shipped, why there is a delay in shipment and after a week of calling my last conversation was supposedly with a"supervisor" and his answer was simply the order was overlooked.

Horrible customer service. My patient was waiting for an order for over 5 weeks with no contact. It is impossible to speak to a local representative. I waited for 25 minutes to speak to a supervisor before the call was disconnected.

The office was easy enough to find. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

When I was in hospital after surgery, a wheelchair appeared iin my room. There was no receipt and we had no idea how we would be charged, if it was a rental or purchase, or where ti came from. since it was the wrong size for my legs, we had to contact the company. We requested that the leg pieces just be switched out, but the person in the office said this could not be done, and that we would need a different wheelchair. She seemed confused and could not find the info on the wheelchair which had been brought to me. We had to wait a few days, but finally another wheelchair was delivered to our house. The driver was hurried and impatient. He just wanted to get n and out. We said we needed to try out the new wheelchair first. He was hesitant but agreed to our request. The chair he brought in was much larger than the one we had, so we knew it would not go through our doorways. we explained the problem with the leg length of the smaller wheel chair. He said we could just switch out the leg parts. We did. This is what the original person on the phone said we could not do. Whew! The delivery guy continued to be impatient and even rude, throughout the visit. He even interrupted my family member who is caring for me.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
